SAY “NO” TO COMPULSORY CAR PARK CHARGES IN GLEN AFFRIC
Forestry Commission Scotland is intent on introducing compulsory car park charges at all 4 car parks in Glen Affric, including Plodda Falls. The Strathglass Marketing Group, with the support of the Strathglass and Glenurquhart Community Councils, the local Community Company and our local Highland Councillors, has sent a letter to FCS opposing this scheme while highlighting alternatives to compulsory car park charges. See the full letter on this link SMG Letter.
A hard copy of a petition opposing the scheme is available. To obtain copies of the petition or to make comments and suggestions please write to noparkingcharges@glenaffric.org.
Please note that although comments may be distributed among the parties involved in discussions email address WILL NOT be passed on. However it might be helpful if sending comments you finish off your email by adding your name and location e.g. John Smith, Edinburgh.
