The Struy Inn is a traditional 19th century country inn situated in the heart of Scotland’s central highlands, within an easy drive of both Inverness and Loch Ness. Located in the village of Struy, mid-way between Cannich and Beauly, the inn sits at the junction of the Farrar and Glass rivers, and at the gateway to the remote and spectacular glens of Affric, Cannich and Strathfarrar.
Bar & Restaurant
With characterful stone walls and warm open fireplaces, the Struy Inn’s bar is a great place to relax for a meal or a drink. When warm, these can be enjoyed sitting outside, looking at the vista across the glen.
- Local cask ales and ciders rotate between three hand pumps, and a wide variety of other beers are available on draught and in bottles. The bar’s wine store holds a broad selection of wines, and an extensive range of spirits – especially single malt whiskys – stocks the shelves.

- The Struy Inn’s kitchen serves simple, quality home-cooked meals, utilising local produce wherever possible. Freshly made soups, platters of local cheeses, charcuterie, smoked fish and other light dishes are available throughout the day. A menu of hearty dinners is available each evening.
