Kiltarlity Lodge are just 15 minutes drive from Loch Ness and are a convenient touring base from which to visit many parts of the Highlands. Within easy reach are the Isle of Skye, John O'Groats, Speyside and of course the Black Isle.
The lodges are timber built and each sleep four to six persons and have an excellent standard of amenities including children's play area, swimming pool, games room and laundrette. There are shops, hotels and restaurants only short distances away in nearby villages. There is plenty to do locally including pony-trekking, fishing, golf and there are many hill and forest tracks ideal for the walker and mountain biker.
If you enjoy life in the great outdoors then Kiltarlity Lodges are ideally placed to let you take advantage of the many activities in the surrounding area. For the hillwalker the Glens of Affric, Cannich & Strathfarrar are close to hand with their arrays of mountain ridges and wild corries. To the north Ben Wyvis and the Fannaich range are still only a short drive away. Kiltarlity Lodges are situated just off the A832 Inverness to Beauly road, about 13 miles from Inverness and 4 miles from Beauly. There are good train and bus connections to Beauly, with local services, and an airport at Inverness. |
